With the knowledge that staying active and engaged can help senior citizens continue to do the things they enjoy in life – and can help them stay independent as they grow older – we in Fairfield County are committed to offering a variety of leisure and fitness experiences to choose from throughout the year. These include bingo, bowling, monthly field trips, and senior workouts, among others. Learn more below and join us for as many activities as you’d like!

Fairfield County is dedicated to helping senior citizens stay active and engaged within our community. The Fairfield County Parks and Recreation Senior Programs offer a variety of leisure and fitness experiences designed to support an independent and healthy lifestyle.

Program Offerings

The county offers a diverse range of activities throughout the year, including popular choices like bingo, bowling, and senior workout classes. The programs also feature monthly field trips for a change of scenery and new experiences.
