National Correctional Officers Week 2025
May 4th-10th, 2025 is National Correctional Officers Week. In 1984, President Ronald Reagan issued a Proclamation establishing the first full week of May as National Correctional Officers Week. This week is a time to recognize and honor the dedication and service of Correctional Officers and employees in the United States.
Thank you to the men and women of the Fairfield County Detention Center for their hard work and diligence in their efforts to keep the Fairfield County community safe!
