At the November 25th, 2024 Fairfield County Council meeting, Fairfield County Council recognized Michelle Hollis Rabon for her retirement after 28 years of service to the Fairfield County Community.
Friday, November 8th, 2024 marked Retirement Day for Michelle Hollis Rabon. Michelle dedicated 28 amazing years of service to the Fairfield County Community. In a variety of roles, including Fairfield Memorial Hospital, Fairfield County School District and Fairfield County, Michelle embodied the qualities of accountability, honesty and a detail-oriented mindset. Anyone that interacted with her in any of these capacities over the last 28 years, was met with a glowing smile and a willingness to aid all those in need. Michelle is not only a part of the Fairfield County family but a proud community member of her hometown of Winnsboro, SC. She now moves on to the next stage in life and is ready for the new challenges that await. On her plans for retirement, Michelle stated: “After a brief break, I will be embarking on a new journey.”
