Housing Study Public Meeting

Fairfield County is hosting a public meeting at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 19th, 2023 at the Fairfield County Government Complex (250 N. Walnut Street, Winnsboro) to introduce the countywide Housing Study and Needs Analysis project. Participants will hear from the consultant, MRB Group, and share input and comments through a questionnaire.

The Fairfield County Housing Study and Needs Analysis will guide the County and its partners in shaping the future housing market to meet the needs of current and future residents, and in aligning residential growth with economic and community development objectives.
