Fairfield County Circuit Court Temporary Relocation

Starting February 8th, 2024, the Fairfield County Circuit Court proceedings will be held at the Family Court Courtroom at 115 A S Congress St. Winnsboro, SC. This will last for approximately one year while renovations are made to the Fairfield County Courthouse. Until further notice, all court staff offices and other courthouse offices will remain in use until further renovation processes dictate relocation. Thank you for your patience, while ongoing renovations continue.
