County Council Recognizes Ms. Geneva Bell
On Monday, March 24th, 2025, Fairfield County Council recognizes Mrs. Geneva Bell with a Proclamation recognizing her 108th Birthday. Mrs. Bell was a lifelong resident of Fairfield County and with her husband George Bell, Sr., raised their family here.
*Mrs. Geneva Bell passed away before the presentation. Her family accepted the Proclamation on behalf of the Bell family.
