Winnsboro Connector Line Project Update

At the September 8th, 2025 Fairfield County Council meeting, County Project Manager Robert Lathrop gave an update on the FJWSS Winnsboro Connector line Project. The Winnsboro Connector Line Project will provide 500,000 daily gallons of wastewater capacity to the Fairfield Industrial Park and development on E Peach Rd. The project broke ground on March 26th, 2025. The wastewater line and pump stations, which connects the Fairfield Industrial Park to the Town of Winnsboro wastewater treatment facility, will be completed by June 30th, 2026. This is the first major project for the Fairfield Joint Water and Sewer System Commission.
