H2 Fairfield County Planning Commission Meeting & Public Hearing
The Fairfield County Planning Commission will host a meeting and public hearing on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 6 p.m. Your voice is important, and the community is encouraged to attend and participate.
What's on the Agenda?
The meeting will address several important topics, including a zoning reclassification request for a property located at 1496 and 1678 US Highway 321 N. The proposal is to rezone the +/- 9.68-acre parcel, owned by Sammy J. and Grace P. Coley, from an I-1 (Industrial District) to a B-2 (General Business District).

How to Participate
The meeting will be held at the County Council Chamber in the Fairfield County Governmental Complex at 250 N. Walnut St., Winnsboro, SC 29180.
In-person comments: The public is invited to speak for or against the proposal, with each speaker allocated three minutes. A total of ten speakers will be heard on a first-come, first-served basis.
Written comments: If you can't make it in person, you can submit your comments in writing. Please email them to joseph.toledo@fairfield.sc.gov or mail them to PO Drawer 60, Winnsboro SC, 29180, Attn: Joseph Toledo. All written comments must be received by noon on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
