What's on the Agenda?

The meeting will be held at the Fairfield County Governmental Complex, located in the County Council Chambers at 250 N. Walnut Street in Winnsboro. The agenda includes a rezoning application to amend the Fairfield County Land Management Ordinance No. 599.

This reclassification request is for a +/- 1.48-acre property at 438 and 444 Mt. Hope Road, Ridgeway, SC. The applicant, David R. Brown, is seeking to rezone the property from a RD-1 (Rural Residential District) to a B-2 (General Business District).
