Fairfield County Planning Commission Meeting on November 21, 2024

The Fairfield County Planning Commission will hold a meeting and public hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 6 p.m. Your participation is essential to decisions that shape our community.

What's on the Agenda?

The meeting will take place in the County Council Chambers at the Fairfield County Governmental Complex, located at 250 N. Walnut St. in Winnsboro. The sole item on the agenda is a zoning reclassification request.
The request, submitted by Dorothy and Scott Bratton, is to rezone their +/- 1.22-acre property at 1197 Rockbridge Road in Ridgeway from an R-1 (Single-Family Residential District) to a RD-1 (Rural Residential District).

The public hearing will provide an opportunity for citizens to speak on this matter. The meeting will include presentations from both staff and the applicant before the public hearing takes place.
