Pick Me SC Statewide Adoption Event

FREE PET ADOPTIONS ARE COMING TO FAIRFIELD COUNTY! 

The Fairfield County Animal Shelter is excited to once again participate in Petco Love’s annual Pick Me SC statewide adoption event, taking place June 12–21, 2026!

To help more pets find loving homes, adoption fees will be waived for all approved adoptions throughout the entire event. This is a wonderful opportunity to add a new furry family member while giving a shelter pet a second chance.

📅 Free Adoptions: June 12–21, 2026

In addition to our regular adoption hours, the Fairfield County Adoption Center will be open for adoption-only hours on the following weekends:

📅Saturday, June 13 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
📅Sunday, June 14 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
📅 Saturday, June 20 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
📅Sunday, June 21 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Every adoption opens a space for another animal in need and gives a deserving pet the chance to find a forever family.
