FEMA Disaster Recovery Center Now Open in Fairfield County
Following the impact of Hurricane Helene, a FEMA Disaster Recovery Center is now open in Fairfield County to provide Individual Assistance to residents in need.
Location and Hours
The center is located at the Boykin Recreation Center, 1851 U.S. Hwy. 321 Bypass N., Winnsboro, SC 29180. The center will be open on the following dates:
November 13-14: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
November 15-16: Closed
November 17: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
November 18-21: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
November 22: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
November 23: Closed
November 24: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
November 25-26: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
How to Apply for Disaster Assistance
You can apply for disaster assistance in three ways:

- Phone: Call 1-800-621-FEMA (3362).
