Community Document Shredding Event

Fairfield County is hosting a free document shredding event to help residents securely dispose of their personal and tax documents. This is a great way to protect yourself from identity theft while tidying up your home office.

Event Details

The event will be held on March 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 350 Columbia Rd., Winnsboro, SC 29180, behind the Old Administration Building. There will be secure, on-site shredding provided at no charge. Residents are encouraged to bring personal and tax documents that they no longer need. Shredding sensitive documents is a key step in preventing fraud and identity theft.
