Fairfield County Council Meeting on April 8, 2024

The regularly scheduled Fairfield County Council meeting will take place on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 6 p.m.  This meeting is an important opportunity to engage with your local government and provide feedback on the Fairfield County Comprehensive Plan.

What's on the Agenda?

The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Fairfield County Government Complex, located at 250 N. Walnut St., Winnsboro. A significant portion of the meeting is a Public Hearing for the new Fairfield County Comprehensive Plan.

Other key items on the agenda include:

A public hearing for a zoning reclassification request for a +/- 2.39-acre property at 5994 State Hwy 215S, Jenkinsville.

A resolution affirming Fairfield County's commitment to fair housing.

Citizens who wish to speak during the public hearing or public comment sessions must sign up by 5:45 p.m., at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. Public comments must pertain to items on the agenda for which no public hearing is scheduled.

The regularly scheduled meeting of the Fairfield County Council will be held on Monday, April 8th, 2024 at 6 pm.
