Fairfield County Council Budget Work Session IV and Public Hearing on May 29, 2024

Fairfield County Council will hold a Budget Work Session on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., followed immediately by a Public Hearing for the Proposed FY 2024-2025 Budget. This is a crucial opportunity for you to get involved and understand the county's financial plan.

What to Expect

The work session and public hearing will both be held at the Fairfield County Government Complex in the Council Chambers, located at 250 N Walnut St., Winnsboro, SC.

The work session will be focused on the FY 2024-2025 budget discussion. As this is a work session, there will be no public comment period. However, the public hearing that follows will be open for comments. This provides an opportunity for citizens to give their feedback on the budget before it is finalized.

The public is invited to attend both sessions, but you can only provide public comment during the public hearing.

There will be a County Council Budget Work Session on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at 3:30 PM for the Proposed FY 2024-2025 Budget. This is a Work Session; there will be no Public Comment. 
Immediately following the Budget Work Session, there will be a Public Hearing for the Proposed Budget. Public Comment will be available during the Public Hearing.
