The meeting will be held at the Fairfield County Governmental Complex, in the County Council Chambers at 250 N. Walnut Street in Winnsboro. The main topic of discussion is a Request for a Variance from Anthony Velez. The applicant is requesting a variance from the "Minimum Lot Area" section of the Fairfield County Land Management Ordinance No. 599. The property in question is located on Royal Hills Lane in Winnsboro.

The public hearing provides an opportunity for citizens to speak on this matter. The meeting will include a staff presentation, an applicant presentation, and the public hearing itself.
